From the folks at the office taking my calls, to the guys delivering our tanks, trenching in the gas lines, and finally filling the tanks, from start to finish, it has been nothing less than a joy to work with this team. They were exceptionally patient and helpful over the phone when assisting me with the electrical permitting and scheduling and rescheduling the installation, and fielding all my calls and answering all my worrisome questions with grace and professionalism.
The crew that came to trench the gas line in had to so with hand tools, and install the tank, on a morning when temps and humidity were far higher than usual, were impressive in how effectively and efficiently they got the job done. Then they came back to connect the gas line to the generator after the electrical side was done.
This is a team excels in their customer service and professionalism, I would heartily recommend them to anyone.”
