Email was a little less dependable, which is common when contacting dealerships, but once we got to the texting ~ communication was GREAT. I was a long-distance potential customer and received additional photos and info before booking a flight to pick up the car. The car was missing a deal-breaking feature and Boris was totally upfront about that - saving me the flight. I appreciated his honesty and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone. Integrity is lost so much of the time, but not at this dealership!!

Went to several car lots looking a car and was quickly reminded of why I dred buying a car. Ended up at Perfect Ride through an internet search and even though they sold the car was looking at online before I arrived they had a good selection of cars priced right. Boris and Ken were great to work with and made for an overall great experience. Pleased with the car thus far and highly recommend Perfect Ride.
