When it came time to install and connect a whole-house standby generator at my home, from coordinating the inspections for the gas and electrical, the power disconnect and reconnect, and gas installation, it seemed like I was going to be herding cats.
However, working with the team at Parker Gas, they were above and beyond my expectations. From the folks at the office taking my calls, to the guys delivering our tanks, trenching in the gas lines, and finally filling the tanks, from start to finish, it has been nothing less than a joy to work with this team. They were exceptionally patient and helpful over the phone when assisting me with the electrical permitting and scheduling and rescheduling the installation, and fielding all my calls and answering all my worrisome questions with grace and professionalism.
The crew that came to trench the gas line in had to so with hand tools, and install the tank, on a morning when temps and humidity were far higher than usual, were impressive in how effectively and efficiently they got the job done. Then they came back to connect the gas line to the generator after the electrical side was done.
This is a team excels in their customer service and professionalism, I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

This company came to my property, without my permission and took 2 full propane tanks. Tried calling and Trisha was less than helpful. Poor business practices.

We've been customers of Parker Gas for years. They have quality products like our gas logs. They offer service and savings if you buy your gas early. I never have to "worry" because I know gas is in my tank. Thanks for being dependable and so nice!

Fair prices, good service and a friendly staff make Parker Gas a good place to go for propane and associated needs. Parker installed a remote and thermostatically controlled fire place log setup in our fireplace which helped to drastically reduce the electric bill in winter. Automatic gas deliveries insure we will not run out during a cold spell. It's refreshing to find an honest company to serve my propane needs.

Parker Gas has installed an automated gas tank reader on our underground tank and delivers gas when our tank is low. Their service is great. Have been a customer since we built our house. Dan Jones
