I received some classic fit polo shirts that I ordered. I followed the sizing chart correctly. The shirts was really long, it looked like I was wearing a dress. So I call costumer service to start a return and see if they sent the wrong shirts for someone tall. The gentleman didn't really understand what I was talking about. He started to talk about shorts. I asked about a return label, and he stated it will take about 2 business days to receive one, and sometimes it does not process. Which I didn't understand since it's computer generated. Then he said that most people just pay out of pocket to return their items after he said it's free to return. He was not helpful one bit. I couldn't understand him, not knocking him for being from another country because I am also. But it was really hard to understand him.

This outlet store is better than the retail store or prices because they're usually $50 to $70 for the polo shirts and here is like 20$ to 40$. I would definitely recommend this place and the staff is friendly.
