Needed new tanks and a new regulator fast as bitterly cold weather was approaching. Booked My Propane Butler online (on a holiday Monday) and had our new tanks set up Tuesday AM. Our tech, Harley, worked quickly and made it a breeze for us to stay on top of our propane going forward. 5/5 !

Found My Propane Butler via google. My wife and I were so tired of the hassle of exchanging tanks at stores, and we knew there had to be someone that would deliver.We gave them a shot and just got our first delivery. They came on the day promised. No issues at all. I love this service and will continue to use it. Definitely recommend this company.

Initial contact and setup was very good. Ordering exchange was not. Phone operator told me to do it online. Website was broken. Kept putting me in a chat loop where I got no response. Called back. Got delivery rectified. Scheduled slower than I expectedRevision. Already technology problem resolved and holiday passed, service was excellent. Exchanged tank Tuesday AM and got air out of lines. Everything AOK.

Friendly technician, communicative and arrived when stated he would. Dug a trench and installed and buried a line and put the tank and regulator in, very clean install and clean/new tank. Best propane service we’ve received by a factor of 10
