The laziest workers ever. I’m always pulling up to a pump that isn’t working and don’t find out until after I put in my Walmart plus and card in smh how hard is it to wrap up the handle?? PURE LAZY

This place sucks. They have prices up and then refuse to give you something for what the sign says and on top of that the lady that works here is rude. Like I came in and put a buy one get one sign up. Won’t be coming back here.

Only problem I have with Murphy's is the waiting in a long line to be checked out. Most of the time they only have one register open, even during rush hour. I'm disabled and unable to stand in line for any lengthy period. I've had to leave and take my business elsewhere on account of not being able to stand in line.

stopped at the Murphy's in Smithfield, purchased a carton of cigarettes using my ATM card. screen asked for PIN and do not remove card, then charge accepted please remove card. after removing card as instructed the clerk said I removed card to soon to reinsert and redo. got to vehicle to check bank app and I was charged twice for same transaction. went back inside to show clerk I was double charged, she then called her manager who responded very rudely we arnt going to just give him 43 dollars. Manager is rude, think maybe upset it was caught. Check your transactions, they would just pocket your money UPDATE. Was able to contact my bank and get charges reversed.
