I would have bought blinds/shades for the 13 windows in my new house but I could NOT get anyone to talk to about what I needed. Stayed on hold on the phone for 26 minutes and never spoke to anyone who could help me. Went to the store and couldn’t get anyone to help me.

Curbside pickup is non-existent here, waited 15 minutes after signing in, and no one came out with my items. I had to retrieve them myself at the service counter. Lowe's is possible to do better at this store?

It was nice. Went looking for some new pots for repotting. Couldn't fine any pot bottoms that would fit the new ones. Employees were nice and polite.
