It’s a good daycare, I came here when I was little and miss Hazel is strict but she has the kids do many activities and even has a bunch of toys for them to play with when waiting for their family to pick them up, she reads to the kids, makes food that’s perfectly portioned, and if your child is lactose intolerant she has almond milk or water :)! Sometimes she’ll even give the kids juice with their food. She had nap time for them aswell during the day. It’s a great daycare, though some of the staff are rough with the children and don’t know how to be responsible of them, mainly the kids that are 4-7. I’d recommend it if your child is above 7 though!! :)

Very professional. I have seen nothing but love towards all of the children. I like the small class settings. She works with your child. My granddaughter has learned more in 3 months than she did at Early Learning Center.

Not only did this lady give me the run around about providing transportation for my kindergarten to and from school. My 3 year old was having problems with hitting in his classroom. The director, Hazel, had mentioned it to me a couple times that he was having some behavior issues and that one of the parents was upset that my son was hitting her daughter. Never was their any incident reports written. One afternoon when I went to pick my kids up, the little girls parent that was complaining about my son was there waiting for me with the director, Hazel, and my kids all in the same classroom. The director told me the parent wanted to talk to me and the situation escalated, the parent tried to fight me. The director violated me and my kids confidentiality rights. So unprofessional & she could have put my kids in danger.

I would rate this facility with no stars if it was an option. Not only is the owner (Mrs. Hazel) completely unprofessional and extremely rude, but she also has no issue violating court orders that have been provided to her. Also according to her, step-parents are of no relevance to the child and according to her (apparently isn't aware of NC law) step parents aren't "real parents." I WILL NOT ALLOW MY CHILD TO ATTEND THIS FACILITY and if I had my way, my stepson wouldn't attend either. Not to mention my son came home screaming and crying about how one of the staff members kept squeezing his arms, dragging him around, and yelling at him.

My 2 year old daughter has attended this daycare since October 2017 I love the atmosphere and all the teachers working there . They are super crafty and nice expecially msToni. She has been alianas teacher in the one year old room and now 2 year old room. She has helped aliana learn so many different songs shapes colors numbers and even potty train! This is a wonderful safe place for us parents to work and not have to worry about our littles ?
