“My husband and I stayed one night. It is one of the best Best Westerns we've stayed in. It is newly renovated, nice lobby area, breakfast area and rooms. Room was nicely decorated but simplistic. It was super clean, new carpet, newer bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast area offered a variety of hot and cold foods. The area was very clean and well maintained by the staff member. The front desk attendant, Chris, was very personable and friendly. He gave me all pertinent info I needed. The price was very reasonable (Sunday night). We will absolutely stay there again. There was several restaurants within in walking distance and the area seemed safe.”

“October 14 2023. 4:30pm.I would like to share my experience with Country Suites and Inn in Smithfield, NC. I traveled all the way from Atlanta, GA, which is close to a 6hrs drive to be total that my room was canceled a few minutes ago before I got here. No one called to inform me while on my way here to tell me that the room was canceled. No phone call nothing!!"Was told there was nothing they could do because this is a military town the they come before anyone else ?.This are very unprofessional, and would never book with them again.”
