Had a bad experience with Heavners . Purchased a Love seat from them .Had it specially made, waited months for it to arrive.when it arrived I was not pleased with the quality of the love seat and asked to have someone to come and take a look at it. They did . I was told they saw nothing wrong with it and , they were not going to to fix or exchange it. I will never buy from them again.

My wife and I looked for what seamed like forever for a kitchen table and chairs..Heavner was by far the best value for the money..the service we received here was really good as well..there were six chairs with this outfit and we found two of them to be damaged when we got them home..called the store and swapping them was not a problem..I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for new furniture..

My husband and I went there today and purchased a beautiful sofa and a recliner. Janis was our salesperson and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was warm, friendly and very professional. She just let us have our space in our search but was there when needed. Thank you Janis for a wonderful shopping experience.

Nice furniture market. Huge selection of furniture and bedroom set at reasonavle prices. We have visited there many times and have always been satisfied with our purchase. They sell closout items and over boughts so that they are able to keep the prices down. All the furniture is new and brand name.

Would never recommend this place. I bought a sectional from here and they only delivered 3/4 pieces when it was displayed as a 4 piece sectional. Refused to give me the additional piece to my couch. This couch without the additional piece looks ridiculous. they want me to pay another 475$ for the 1 piece when i’ve already paid 1800$ for this couch.

We had used Heavners for several furniture purchases a few years back. I went in there this past Sunday to see what was available and the Sales person that worked with me was very negative and unaccommodating. After looking and selecting a new mattress, sofa, and two chairs, the total prices was $2617. I asked if they would be willing to accept $2500 and the sales person didn't check with any manager - just said NO. Additionally I asked if they could set the furniture aside so that no one would sit on it and possibly wrap the furniture and was told NO. Lastly I was happy I had picked out a couch that was made in America when I asked which brands might be made here and was told "well there are a lot of parts that are from overseas used in furniture." It just wasn't a pleasant experience and from coming through previous customer interactions and have a very good service experience, as well as having worked with the owner's wife - Lisa Heavner - who referred me to this store, it was a disappointment. I wish I had been given a different salesperson with a good attitude that was willing to help me.
