“We always have great service in this store. We have purchased at least 6 appliances in Smithfield over the last 10 years. Our most recent purchase was a range and microwave to replace the 17 year older combo in our house. The sale went well, except for the omission of ordering the installation of our microwave by the salesman. On the day of delivery we had no installation scheduled, so in a minor panic, I called the store and was transferred to Gary. He was amazing! I explained the situation and he calmly described how he would have to schedule it separately and helped me with the payment over the phone. My stress level had been rising a little, but his demeanor in the face of the issue was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Gary!! Thank you!”
