I came to pick up an online order. Two associates standing in clear sight talking to each other saw me come into the store and wait at the counter. They never greeted me or asked if I needed assistance.. I turned to them and asked if I could get assistance with picking up my online order. They had another associate come assist me. She was pleasant and assisted me. The store appeared to be fully stocked on merchandise; a bit cluttered.

I went today and had the worst experience ever so first I was told I could come exchange a item I order online From a Gap representative when I got they I asked the employees can I exchange the hoodie I got for a smaller size they said yes but what they didn’t tell me is they had to refund it to my card and I had to purchase it again until the very end and then the employee didn’t even asked me to do the refund they did it any way which I wasn’t happy about bc I don’t get the money back until 5 days and my daughter don’t have a jacket bc I didn’t have the money to purchase right there again I was very disappointed with the service all the employees need to be well trained and tell customers what’s gonna happen before they do it and make sure they employees know how to do there job correctly it was a lose lose situation for me I can’t believe what I experienced today

The customer service at this store is non existent. I walked into the store today to return something and the 3 people at the counter didn't say a word. The one young girl that was there with the long black hair just looked at me with an attitude, put down the clothes that she had in her hand (I think she was putting tags on them or something) then went to the register but didn't say "I can help you" or anything. I went to the register and I asked her how she was doing because I could see she was really annoyed. She said fine while she was just making eye contact with the computer screen. I'm not sure why she had an attitude with me, but after our interaction was over and I walked away, she was super friendly with the next customer and was smiling and laughing. Not 100% sure how it is determined which customers should get good customer service, but it is definitely not a good look for the store. The part that was crazy to me is that her attitude was so obvious with me in particular. I have never seen or interacted with this person before. She looked like a young girl, had long black straight hair that was pulled back into a low ponytail. I hope if her manager sees this that he/she addresses this with her. I think she was under the impression she was hiding her attitude well, but she definitely was not. My guess though, by looking at some of these other reviews, is that this attitude is acceptable at this store.

We were not spoken to or asked if we needed help. The associates seem to be in fear for some reason or another. Associates standing next to my daughter & i and would not say a word. The was Microaggression was though the roof. I got the feeling we were not welcome
