Nice store and layout as well as a good selection of products. I had been hunting for a 16mm watch band and surprisingly they had a nice leather one. They had a big sale going on so I did get the band cheaper than I thought. One employee was working hard doing things around the store while the other played on his phone non stop. He did however check on us at one point while playing on his phone. Then when I went to pay for the band he just continued to play on his phone the entire time, pretty rude and unprofessional if you ask me. May be a fluke but just telling my experience.

Great deal and helpful staff. Recently visited to buy watches and deals were better than any online deals on fossils.

Just drove 40 minutes to visit this store and it is closed during business hours. Perhaps this location has been closed down. Don't trust the online hours.

Can Fossil store update the actual store timings. GOOGLE shows the WRONG STORE TIMINGS . It’s really frustrating and painful to see the store closed after I travelled that long for this specific store. Please google kindly verify and update your portal. I’m so surprised that even Fossil didn’t realize yet. If no action was taken, loss is for fossil not for google. Many customers are suffering because of the inappropriate store timings.

Amber was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me order a watch that was previously sold out. She was able to find one at another location and took the time to have them ship it to me. Give Amber a raise !! Service with a smile!! Thanks again
