Right at a holiday weekend, I had lights come onto my car that signified possible alternator trouble. Although they could not get me until the first part of the week. I was able to get family to help over the weekend. On Monday they were able get me loaner and let me drop my car until they could get to it. They were able to work well with me, kept me informed, detailed oriented, and appreciative of my business. They were upfront with pricing and provided options as needed. Service was exceptional including phone, in oerson and actual service. I could not have asked for any better experience than what I received. Very proud to leave them this review. I have been back for a couple of other things and great service each time.

Recently had four tires replaced on our Honda Civic. Tim helped me pick out the best quality tire for the car. Great service , treated me like family. Highly recommend his shop over the big tire chain stores.

The customer service agent is fairly nice but please get a second and third opinion. They charge $123 for labor regardless of what they're actually doing to your car. I was charged for 2 and 1/2 hours at that price for them to put freon and a sensor on a tire. Both of those things together don't even take an hour.

My experience was very enjoyable. Doug is anmazing! They Inspected, diagnosed, and fixed my problem in a very timely manner and i didn’t even have an appointment! I will definitely continue to be a customer here. 10/10

Tim thanks for the accurate diagnosis and the subsequent solution to my mechanical issues. Moreover, the courtesy you extended eased my apprehension about what I perceived to be a difficult situation. Offering shuttle service with Nick to accommodate me was over the top. I am so thankful the God of Abraham place me in your care. You are a great bless to me. I made it home safely to celebrate Passover with my family.
