I’ve shopped at Eddie Bauer for years and spent thousands of dollars on their once excellent clothes. But they’ve changed, the quality of their products is generally now poor and their once excellent customer service is now abysmal. I’m sad to say that my days of shopping at Eddie Bauer are over.
