My husband used this glass company for his truck but never again. The tech couldn't make it on the first scheduled date so he rescheduled, which was no big deal. When he finally did come out, the window was crooked. Come to find out he installed a driver side window in the passenger side door. He called and the guy said his window regulator might be messed up, which isn't the case because it works just fine. He was supposed to come out earlier this week but hasn't called back nor came out. So we're out of $200 and will be having another glass company come fix his mistakes.

Amazing service from the very beginning, the day I called I was given a quote and had great communication. I didn’t call back till 2 weeks later and he still remembered what I needed and what my quote was. The next day they were here and had my windshield done in what felt like 20 minutes! Good Service at an affordable price!!! I called several of the places listed locally in google. Their price was the best. They were at my house the next day to install. My only complaint was not being able to give me a more accurate time of when they would be here. Other than that very professional.

My 2021 VW Passat's back driver's side window was broken by my friend's neighbor while he was cutting his grass. A rock flew up and broke the window. Glass was everywhere and there was A LOT of glass inside of my car. We reached out to East Coast Glass late in the day and spoke with Mr. Robert Carroll. He sensed the panic in my voice and agreed to replace my car window the very next day!! Mr. Robert stayed in constant contact with me to inform me of the status of my work order. Even though it was raining and they were backed up with appointments, the glass tech arrived at my home as promised and replaced my window. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to vacuum every speck of glass from my car! Mr. Robert gave me a follow up call and I was 100% satisfied and amazed at their work, superior customer service, and professionalism. I would definitely use their services again (hopefully I won't have to) and I definitely recommend this amazing company!Service: Auto side window replacement

Great Service! Affordable price!!! Very professional! I found East Coast Auto Glass on google. I called every glass company near & far and NO ONE could beat their prices!!! An expert tech arrived the next day to replace my windshield. Its been 3 weeks and we've had all types of weather and I've experienced no leaking! Excellent job!

I called the day before inquiring about a cracked windshield and was given a quote on the spot. Tech showed up the next day and replaced the windshield and also explained how he sealed the inside with a primer to insure rust from forming in the future. Paul and Flora, owners, do a great job. Prompt, thorough, fairly priced. Better quality of work than you will find at the chains. I went to East Coast Auto Glass because I have an older truck with a windshield leak. The glass was pulled, turned out not to be the original windshield, rusted areas were sanded down to bare metal, primed and new windshield glass was installed. Interior of vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed! Couldn't be happier. Buy local!!
