  Very rude employees. Also please take note that they have no trash cans outside. I stuck a piece of trash in a trashcan inside and the employee went off on me. When I asked where I am supposed to put it since there is no other receptacle, I was told to put it wherever I got it from. What!?!?!

  VERY BAD STORE,,,,,, WHAT DOES IT USE IF THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY, THAT THE PLACE IS CLEAN,,, IF THERE IS ALWAYS ALMOST NOTHING,, I'VE BEEN GOING SEVERAL TIMES THERE'S ONLY ONE OR OTHER THING FOR SALE... .....TODAY THEY HAVE NO SHAME,,, I WENT TO THE BATHROOM,, AND ON THE TWO DOORS OF THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BATHROOM,, THERE IS A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS,,,,, CLOSED,,,, , ,,,, I WENT AND TALKED TO THE CASHIER, AND IN A VERY LOW VOICE SHE TOLD ME,,,,THE BATHROOM IS OPEN AND I TOLD HER NO,,,, THERE IS A SIGN THAT SAYS ,,,,,CLOSED,,,, ,,,, AND HE ANSWERED ME,,,,,,, YOU GO AND USE IT,,,,,,,,,, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE SIGN THERE IS,, THE STORE MANAGER IS IGNORANT,,, THE BATHROOMS THEY ARE FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE,, NOT FOR YOU TO HAVE THEM CLOSED,,,,,,,,,,,, IN OTHER TREE DOLLAR BUSINESSES,,,, THEY ARE ALWAYS OPEN AND CLEAN,,,, ONLY THEY DON'T WANT CLEAN THEM.,,,,, AN EMERGENCY FROM AN ELDERLY PERSON OR CHILD,,,,,,, WHAT WOULD HAPPEN????????????

  Friendly staff... they apparently had management changes, recently they have gone from a clean well stocked store, very organized and friendly. Now it is chaos, lines are long, items on the floor, not stocked, can't really find what I need. It is a shame that it has turned into this, I hope they can get that old spark back.

  This location has been open for maybe 6 months? It looks like no one works there, almost everything is broken and out of stock. What the heck. Smithfield do better. Management, do better.

  For a new store, it was cluttered and dirtier than expected. The line was super long. The cashier was so awesome and friendly, though.

  We loved this big beautiful brand new Dollar Tree. UNTIL, my son had to go to the bathroom. The bathrooms were mostly blocked by boxes full of merchandise on carts, but there was a small path through, and no sign saying they were closed. As we entered the bathroom, there was toilet paper all on the floors and paper towels and nasty poop on toilets. It was clear this bathroom had not been cleaned in a very long time. It was morning, so no excuse that "it just happened". The manager was there at the store, so there's absolutely no reason this place should look like this. What a disgrace to such a beautiful new store!

  The store is always clean. Since the prices has changed to $1.25/$5.00, there should be a name change. The items that were $1.00 is now $1.25(which is a great price).I really love the items that are in the store.

  I was in this shop today, I got an a coupon from dollar tree store as a regular shopper, but the worker there she said dollar tree don’t accept coupons, and she was insisting like she is the one who invent the coupons rules of the world, and my coupon was used only in dollar tree and dollar general. after a long shopping with two kids, I end up leaving everything cause no apology was said, seriously she was ridiculously fool some how.
