“Very nice people! Tap to pay on my phone wasn't working, so I asked my fiance for the physical card. The cashier didn't realize we were together thinking I was asking a stranger for help. The cashier told my fiance not to worry and that she was going to pay for it!We obviously let her know I wasn't in need of help, but greatly appreciated the offer. So very kind! “When ordering 4 hot dogs they had not separated the condiments on two of the hotdogs, they messed up the hotdogs I ordered and put the condiments and toppings on all the hotdogs.
Completely ruined my appetite at least my fiance got 4 hotdogs now while I got 0.... embarrassing.... The Sheetz in Clayton NC is 100% better they never make mistakes as little as this
EDIT: I have upgraded the Star ratings because mistakes do happen and I do enjoy Sheetz and I'm definitely willing to continue being a customer ? DATE: 03/16/2024”

“4/15/23: We stopped by to get a birthday card and gift card really quickly. This is our first visit here. Cashier was very friendly. It was easy to find what we needed quickly & the price was decent for the card. There was plenty of parking available. We were in and out very quickly. I recommend this location.”

I called Walgreens home office and suggested they have people as dedicated as these three on every shift. “If I could give 10 stars I would.We used to use a different CVS pharmacy and they were really horrible. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all.Now that we switched to the one in Smithfield, we couldn't be happier.The first time we used them was to get our vaccinations. All the associates were very friendly. The pharmacist who gave us our shots was a real joy to meet and speak to. She was fantastic.This is what convinced us to switch to them.Now to today. Just after Christmas my wife and I came down with an upper respritory infection. My doctor called in the antibiotic prescription, but he sent it to our old CVS (you know, the one we hate). Well, true to form, they did not process the prescriptions.So, I asked my doctor call the prescription in to our new CVS in Smithfield. After I knew my doctor had called in the prescription, I called the pharmacy.Now, please understand that this was on New Years Eve about 2 hours before they were to close.I spoke to the Pharmacist and explained to him that we were very sick and really needed the meds. I told him I didn't want to be a pain but we would be greatful if we could get them before they close.He was so nice and very sympathetic to our situation. He assured me that our prescriptions would be ready right away.Now that's service I can respect.Every time we've been there all the associates and the pharmacists have been nothing short of outstanding.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.”
