My car has been there 3 weeks for a transmission replacement. It was promised 12 days ago.... still not ready communication is non existent. I'll be sending emails to any and all ford customer care and management teams....

Always in and out promptly. Hospitable and friendly. Do their job well. I have purchased Expedition, F150, and Edge here and was happy with all three experiences.
