I was in the store a few days ago and Jen was a great help to me. She found exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and personable. Luckily for me, there was a sale going on. I came out with 5 pairs of work pants. Love them!

Poor customer service. I purchased a top online and went in the store store to return. I was met with glaring eyes that made me feel like a criminal. I called customer service the next day and was told there is no reason that I could not return the item. Customer service apologized and said try again and call back if they make it difficult.Returned at another location, no problem. I will never return to this location again!

Service and clothes are awesome! Took an 86 year old friend to help her get some clothes. She had never been before, Margarett assisted us by putting outfits together for her and getting different style pants that fit her well. After an over $600 shopping spree she was thrilled with every item she purchased! She will definitely go again!

I often get told I'm a teenager even though I'm almost twice that age. When I walked inside I was met with a cold "can I help you???!" by the nasty attitude filled manager. She kept eyeing me while I walked around. However, other customers that look their age were greeted kindly. I will no longer be going to this store. Corporate will be contacted next so that hopefully that nasty manager gets a lesson on how to treat people!

Went to the door twice locked both times. I drove from out of town to shop here. Spoke with Kathy on the phone and another employee I could see walking around in the store. I was told they would be closing soon and would not open the door as I was watching another shopper shop in the store. I guess my $600 I planned to spend wasnt worth opening the door during open shopping hours. I asked for the corporate number & was told they dont know it! Worst experience ever! Ironically, Crocs next door line was outside lined up & Chicos wasnt letting me in...

Ladies Chico's is all we have now! BUT I have just started chopping there & they are perfect in every way but NO SHOES! My lifelong favorites, Loft, Steinmart, New York & Co & Dress Barn ALL GONE!!! But just like Dress Barn learn your Chico's size and you can order online if necessary! I always love to go into the store to look at everything on my body together!!!The quality seems a few notches above the other stores too!

I had never been to a Chico's Outlet before and lived it! Kathy and Kathy (yes, both were named Kathy) were so nice and helpful! I got so much Christmas shopping done! Great store!
