They took forever to fix my car.
They always postponed the date.
I do not recommend it.
The people are very friendly but the service is infinitely slow and after they delivered it to me it still didn't look good.
It wouldn't matter if it took 2 months to fix it but they tell me it will take 2 months but they said they would do it in a month and they did it in like 3.

I had to bring my Jeep here after being rear ended. I was hoping it would be fixed but unfortunately it was deemed a total loss. Beth let us clean out our baby and say goodbye. She even gave us a screwdriver to remove our license plate with. I knocked one star off because I would have liked to have gotten a call from the shop once they deemed it a loss so I could have had more time to try and find a new car while I’m injured and tire easily. I had to wait until the insurance company called me and they took a few days.

Carstar is a car body shop in Smithfield NC. They recently fix my 2015 Toyota Camry. They were totally Professional. They knew their job and did it well . When I drove the car to Carstar they had enterprise car rental to come pick me up. They completed my car in just a few days. I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up again on Friday. I was able to leave my rental with Carstar and enterprise picked it up from there. A wonderful crime and l did not have to stress out above anything at all. I would never hesitate to return there if needed . I highly recommend it to ally friends. You will be glad to use their services.

Carstar gave me good business and I would recommend everyone who needs body work to go too them because they take their time and make sure that you're car is repaired the right way.
