Came into the store at 10:25 through 10:30. Was willing to pay over $20 worth of items. The cashier. Hispanic male. With long hair. Snatched my items from my hand. First it was Fanta that he snatched. I waited. Then he snatched the second fanta. I told him he didn't have to snatch the items. He proceeds to snatch the other items out of hand. I walked out the store empty handed. If this is how you train your employees. They need to be retrained. Unacceptable.

Some of staff very rude they have no customer service skills or knowledge especially the tall slim guy standing at self check I was told store was about to close which it wasn't and I need to hurry up it was still folks coming some he needs to br retrained on how to talk to customer Corp will be called he was rude I will not be returning because of him very dissatisfied I felt like I was racially profiled by him another lady came in of another color he said nothing to her about the store closing soon he needs to be fired

I have been going to IGA since I was a small kid. Even back when it was just IGA. They're always friendly and they always have the freshest meat you can get.

This is a great neighborhood grocery store. Staff are friendly. However, I always have issues with self checkout.

My go to for my groceries. I love it better than Walmart. Love the people here, this store has that wonderful small town friendly atmosphere that keeps you wanting to come back.

This review is not about the store itself but more about the whole chicken I recently bought. Came in once before and bought a whole chicken that was really good but this last time the chicken was super rubbery after cooking, like it was an old bird.
Luckily it was salvageable after boiling the hell out of it but nowhere as good as the first chicken I bought here which also came in a different packaging (didn’t see the same chicken I bought the first time I went)

Great store, found everything I needed and the 1 thing I couldn't find the clerk at the check out line ran at got it for me before she was done getting my items checked out!! Now that is great service. I would recommend them to everyone. Oh and their meat selection is amazing!

Decent place, decent pricing it's a pretty good place for budgeting for food. Different food and culture in IGA. IGA been around for so long it's like a home's welcome place it's been a part of Johnston county for very long. It feels like a family run business but it's not but it feels that way.Great place to go if you don't want to spend a crazy high amount of money. plus they have food that I've eaten years ago as a younger kid and now as an adult they still have it it's definitely my go to place for quality and pricing
