We are extremely happy with our experience at Capitol Auto of Smithfield. Our daughter recently had a great experience, so when it was our turn to get a new car, we chose Capitol too. The manager and sales people are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to help with financing, if needed. Our sales person Lezlie (sp), was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. We recommend Capitol Auto of Smithfield, for a satisfying car buying experience.

After getting the car, the check tire pressure stayed on when looked at. I was told that the tires had air and that light can stay on. After talking it down to my mechanic a piece of the door handle fell off and when the mechanic went to out get into the car the door handle fell off in his hand. They looked at the tire and noticed there was gauge on the tire and that was the reason for the light. Called down to them and told them what was going on and took the car down to them. They asked a million questions about the door handle how it fell off. Just because I am a woman doesn’t mean I am stupid!! They did replace the tire sensor and door handle.After all that gets resolved, now 1 ½ months later I get checks engine lights coming on? I took to my mechanic again. They flushed out the part. But this light continues to come on and off.Then as an added bonus, the fuel system which is most likely is the problem for the check engine light, has a recall no one decided to discuss.Wait, it gets better.... the inside of the passenger wheel wall falls in and shreds the tire while driving home from work. Lucky for me it blows the tire out completely and NO SPARE. After calling around to get a new tire I find out all 4 are the wrong size tires.Called them to talk about the tire, having no spare tire and the check engine and all they were worried about was the check engine light due that was under warranty, but I would have to pay my deductible to have it fix.WHICH MEANS MORE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET!!!!!Well, I won’t be going back here for any vehicle, and I suggest you check your quality control on your vehicles, or maybe have staff that knows what the hell they are talking about.Hopefully this will reach some people and have them think twice before ever going to this horrid place.
