My mom was going to this store to buy our family of 5 phones. My mom is handicapped and needs space to get out of her car. It's a sad day for Boost Mobile as they must have an employee who is self centered and thinks they're Privilege and doesn't have to abide by peoples rights. Well this person I guess is just to dam lazy to walk 15 feet so handicapped people can use their handicap parking spaces. If I wasn't as pissed off as I am now, I'd had called a tow truck and gotten that car impounded.

On an average day I am sure 1 associate is enough but on this evening this poor girl was slammed. I was the first customer in but she had to call customer service in which 3 of the representatives hung up on her. She called the 4th time and begged the representative not to hang up on her as the 3 previous representatives had. Thankfully after nearly 2 hours I was set to go. While she was on hold she took care of other customers and even dealt with one man who was totally rude and should have been asked to leave in my opinion but she handled him like a champ..

They can't help much if you have a serious issue with service of usage. They're limited to sales not service
