My mother ordered a phone through the boost one app and after she purchased it we noticed the shipping address was to the boost store in Smithfield 909 address and whenever I called after the package was delivered and was signed by Muhammad I called up there and asked the girl was there a package for my mother gave her the name and she said yes and I told her I was coming to pick it up and she told me to have a picture ID well before I could even get out of the yard to carry my mother to get her phone, the girl at the boost store call me back and said that they cannot release the phone to my mother because the phone was shipped to their address.. she was rude the representative at the boost store that I talked to she was very very rude and I have always heard customers are always right but she was very rude my mother and I both are very disgusted with boost Mobile right now. I just don't understand why the first time she told me I could go pick it up and then call back and says no she can't come get the phone..

Came in for a SIM card and tried paying with card but they were having issues. Manager, I assume owner, said it’s on the house which is why I am here giving them props. Come to find out later that I was charged the amount of times I entered my credit card that day.I’m not gonna make it a big deal since they helped me out and technically I was charged twice. It’s not worth my time calling corporate etc to get $10 back lol I would only suggest everyone to not enter your card more than once and pay cash. And to the manager, please take note to prevent this from happening again. Other than this I would have given my overall all experience a 5 of 5.

I went to this store on a Friday afternoon at about 3:30pm to inquire about the new 5G rollout and if my phone would be compatible. Carla was a wonderful help. She knew how to help me quickly, and within no time I was walking out with a new phone. Easy set up all take care of by Carla. She was friendly, knowledgeable and interesting to chat to while I waited. Thank you, Carla!

Went here needing 2 new phones, came out with 3. My kids damaged their phones, so I was looking for something that didn't cost a arm and a leg. Erika, the sales rep, knew her promotions well and was able to get me into great name bands without breaking bank, as well an upgrade! She was a great help!
