Great experience. They came through with flying colors when three other tire companies absolutely failed. This included Costco and two Discount Tire places. Blacks get a 150% from me for their friendly, prompt, and expert service!!

I came in frustrated and irritated. I drove 2 hours to get there due to the dealership choosing them. I whole heartedly didn’t want to make the drive . They made the most irritating Saturday morning turn into the one of the best interaction’s of the best hospitality I will remember. They even fed me lol. Those men made my situation a lot better. They truly have outstanding customer service. Thank you Issac and the rest of the fellas that assisted and fed me..!!

They took a long time, couldn’t get a wheel alignment done because mechanics were too busy on working on other cars with higher ticket. They are overpriced. Charging all types of fees against my will. They also didn’t go over with all the fees with me from the beginning because I didn’t ask. I would not recommend nor use them again.

My car broke down in Smithfield Wednesday and I didn’t know where to have my car towed to, my husband just did a quick google search and we picked Blacks tire and auto service because they said they would look at it Thursday. On Thursday I spoke to a very nice man that said they had to order the part but my car should be ready Friday afternoon (today). This afternoon my husband called around 1 and they said my car would be ready by the end of the day. I work in Cary and live in Wilson so I called when I left work at 3:30 make sure my car would be ready before I drove the hour to Smithfield and the guy on the phone assured me that my car would be ready by the end of the day.
When I got there around 5, the lady at the desk went back to check on my car and said the repair hadn’t even been started and the guy that has to fix my car didn’t work Saturdays so it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. I am FURIOUS…I feel like this is very unprofessional and inconsiderate, I had to rearrange childcare to go pick my car up and it wasn’t even ready. I am very disappointed I would not recommend this place AT ALL!
