These two gentleman stepped right up and without hesitation helped me out, and kept me and my 3yr old son from walking in the scorching sun. I cannot say thank you enough to these two. Ms. Pam was always very nice when dealing with the admin stuff and Matt Smith went above and beyond fixing my car after my car crash and explaining eveything in great detail about the repeair and dealing with my car insurance. I left my car over 2 weeks while I was out of town, and I came back early so asked if I could pick it up early and they had it ready for me within the same day. The paint matches my car exactly, and Matt made sure to get me the best parts, factory if I'm not mistaken for a low price. Hopefully I do not have to use their services again,, but I recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired.”

“I went in first thing Monday morning because I needed a new battery! Robbie the manager waited on me and we went out to my car for him to install the new battery!! When I tell ya'll that man had to work to get the negative connector off, he had to work!! There was corrosion and even with the spray and wire brush it didn't want to come off!! I felt so bad that he was having to work so hard on a Monday morning!! But he just kept reassuring me that it was ok. Robbie was truly amazing and has excellent customer service!! I feel like a lot of people would have given up and told me it couldn't be done, so glad I got Robbie yesterday morning!!! That store is blessed to have him as their manager!!! “Vance and his team did a wonderful job on my 2024 civic! Could not be any happier with the results. When the other parties insurance company tried to get my car repaired with aftermarket parts, Vance stepped in and said no and made sure my parts came directly from Honda.
This shop operates in the best interest of the customer and they will make sure you are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Very hard nowadays to find a place that runs off of integrity. “I had UPS in South Carolina overnight my mail (I was hauling freight all the way from PA to this town here in NC) to the Advance Auto Parts UPS Access Point at this location because I need my duplicate CDL. I called the store to ensure the store I was coming to pickup my mail while en route to a Cosignee this Sunday. The female manager had no disagreement and no problem during our short conversation. I got here about an hour ago to find my mail had been opened based on the fact Advanced Auto Parts and my name was on the packaged to include two representatives both said the their UPS Access Point service was no longer in service since 2022. I was told by both Advanced Auto Parts representatives to never do a UPS shipping to that location ever again via as instructed and told to them by the same female manager I spoke on the phone with yesterday 4/12/24. I was also asked why I had my mail sent their in the first place after the fact and no apology was made but I understood as the two Advance Auto Parts representatives was busy at their job. I called UPS Customer Service to forewarn them that the Advance Auto Parts I picked my mail up from has not been in service since 2022 and to please deactivate their listing from the internet and their records because my mail almost got sent back if I had not called today. I did not intentionally mail anything to this location ignorantly and I apologize to the Advance Auto Parts Manager for any inconvenience including apologized directly face to face to the two Advance Auto Parts representatives for inconvenience of which I may have caused...I am just glad I got my duplicate CDL in hand while on the road hauling because without it out here any commercial driver can run into legal issues per regulations. The store was highly organized and clean. There was not any altercation or emotional uprising as three men came to a conclusion the issue or problem was way above our paygrade. And I hope in the near future I never have to emergency ship any mail to this town regardless of Amazon being a major contributor to the jobs here I just might run out of luck of UPS Access Points?? I don't know but on the other hand, Advanced Auto Parts does have a DSPP and Amazon stock is always good to keep buying so until next time Smithfield I'm out!”

“Had really good experience today with getting tires on my car here. But I also wasn’t pressed for time. I ordered my tires and paid for everything beforehand and had an appt for 11. My car was ready at 12:30 but like I said I wasn’t pressed for time so this was fine with me and the only reason I am giving 4/5 stars. Easy and painless. Guy at the counter was super nice and reminds me of Denzel Washington if you ordered him from Temu.”
