Joe (A.K.A. Mr. Unlock n Flash) saved me hundreds! I have an iPhone 6s and i carelessly shattered my screen. I've been trying to hold out for the iPhone 12 or the next Samsung Note. Something with 5G that will also be compatible with my medical apps.So I tried to order parts and fix my broken screen myself. How hard could it be, right? They make it look so easy on youtube. Wrong! It is the most frustrating thing. Take my word for it and just save yourself hours of frustration and call Joe! If it can be fixed, he will do it! And he won't charge you your first born to do it! He will take very good care of you!! Customer Service is a lost art form in this day and age but Joe is a master at it. It really seems to just come naturally. He's fast, ethical and my phone seems brand new now!Thank you so much for all of your hard work and more than reasonably fair prices! And you came to me! Thank you thank you!!

Don’t trust this man. He keep moving locations an I finally found him. He change the name an his number of his business to trick or hide from people. He ain’t even been open since 2008 because he told me. Now that I found him again he won’t do wut right. He sold me a phone and talked me in to sum wireless company nobody has heard of. He say it just need a flash and it still won’t work in my area. I should have knowed better since he was all over Craigslist. Wasted $300 and he won make it right. SMDH

Since my last review I have taken several phones to Joe and he continues to exceed all customer service you could expect, fast, accurate absolutely knows what he's doing, honest will tell you of what you're asking for is worth it or if there's a better option, best part Reasonable! I've sent friends to this company and I recommend Unlock and Flash to anyone needing their phones repaired or replaced. Just can't say enough good about them, if you review my posts on business you'll see I don't handout these kinds of comments or recommendations often ONLY when they deserve it and this company does

After taking my phone to A to Z to be unlocked and waiting more than a week with no response I chose to go to unlock n flash. My samsung s8 was unlocked in less than 24 hours. Don't bother going anywhere else and wasting your time. This place is fast, cheaper, more professional, and knowledgeable!

I recently bought a locked phone 8 that I didn't know about being locked and couldn't find anywhere to get it unlocked or working right. After 2 days of frustration trying to get the phone to work and considered buying a new phone. I contacted Joe and I am so glad I did he was able to get it to work in less than 5 minutes for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place.

Joe has repaired 2 iPhone screens and replaced a battery in the last year (I am terribly abusive to my phones)- both times we've conveniently met up at a central Starbucks after work. Which is huge for me- every place is closed before I can make it through the 805 traffic. Phones are done in a timely manner and the pricing is always fair. Shoot him a text, he calls within minutes. Let him know what you need, choose a reasonable time and place and he'll take care of it. Great guy, Great service!
