Bought a pair of Malbon shorts a few weeks back, they were faulty as they were worn and washed twice and started to accumulate fuzz balls all over. Went into the store to see if there was anything they could do and immediately was thrown off by their terrible customer service. They not only told me I had no argument and even insisted I had done the damage lol. I did not go in there looking for a handout, only to see if there was anything they could do and they were immediately rude from the get go. I used to work here and I can tell you right now this place has gone done hill badly. The manager is miserable and she shows it by how she trys to problem solve. Buyers beware.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the Adidas website had to pick up from the store the associate gives me the wrong customer shoes. Now remind you I have to drive an hour away. I asked the manger if she could give me a discount etc etc for my time having to come all the way bck said no she couldn’t do no such thing. Only thing she says she’s going to talked to her employees. And if I buy something from the store she will give me a discount. No ma’am I’m good. Customer service services sucks.. #sad

Their hours listed on here are wrong. It says 10-6 on Sunday and at 10:30 this morning they are locked, no one answering there phone. The sticker on the door says 12-6 Please update your hours so those of us who expect a store to be open don't waste a trip.
