I never want to put down a small business or make them look bad, but its to the point now where I'm fed up. I originally went to 316 to get a logo, shirts, and hats created. During the logo making process, I was constantly having to reiterate some of the details I wanted in my logo. It seemed like they were trying to rush through it and get it done. Once the logo was complete, we started working on the design for the shirts and hats. Once all was approved, I received my order just a short time later. The printed t shirts came out good, but the hats and embroidered t shirts were very poor. After calling them back they told me to come by the shop and we can discuss it more. So, it seems there is too much detail in my logo for the embroidery to work. Why wouldn't they tell me that when designing my logo and creating an order with embroidery??? We came to the conclusion of swapping the hats and embroidered shirts for more printed shirts. Yesterday, I picked up the new replacement order to find 3 different colored green shirts. Im not sure what the reason for this would be, but I again am very unhappy with the unprofessionalism and poor quality contol of 316. I really wanted to help out a small local business, but I will no longer use or recommend 316.

Dismairy Florian of 316 Printing posted a conveyor dryer for sale on Facebook Marketplace. We set a time for me to come pick it up. She then offered me a different, non-working dryer for twice the price of the original one. I declined, and made arrangements on my end for picking the dryer up, including getting a van for the day. I didn't hear from her again until the night before, and it was to tell me that her husband, Margarito, sold the dryer earlier that morning to someone else. So now I'm out the time and expense and don't have a dryer. I attached screenshots of this conversation on my Google review of their company.I am going to point out that, 1. Dismairy stated she asked her Margarito if Sunday was ok before agreeing, and so Margarito sold something he had already committed to selling to someone else, 2. As soon as we agreed to selling the working dryer, she immediately offered a different, non-working dryer instead (classic bait and switch tactic.) 3. Dismairy never gave me the address or a way to communicate with her outside of Facebook Marketplace (Google is absolutely your friend with these types of sales.) even after she agreed to the sale 4. Once I declined the broken dryer, the only communication I got form Dismairy - after some prodding and at the last minute - was that it wasn't for sale after all. Now, I'm not saying that Dismairy and Margarito are liars and that this was a bait and switch sale. However if they aren't and this was legit, then they don't honor their commitments and are slow to communicate issues. You be the judge, and buyer beware.

There were a few issues with my order and 316 Print Company did not hesitate to make it right. Super kind and professional. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them in the future as well. My shirts are all vibrant and beautiful.

They did embroidery for my work hat and jacket. Looks awesome! Also they made my wife coffee mugs, which they used her own photography to create. Great personal touch! They are great at making bulk orders for your company too. Screen printing and embroidery. Many styles and colors to choose from. Local and family owned. Very down to earth, loving couple that own it. They really care about giving you quality products. I would highly recommend this company for your company’s needs!
