“My first interaction was with Ned. He was thorough and detailed with showing me all the features. I wasn’t ready at that time to go home with anything… and he didn’t insist that I do. He simply provided me with his contact info and told me he would be there if I needed anything or had questions. He was never pushy nor did he pepper me with phone calls like other dealers had done.
I went back with my wife a few months later.. and Ned with the help of the service manager (Tony), they helped me locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Ned literally picked up some keys within a few minutes of locating the truck and drove a total of 4 hours on a Saturday evening to retrieve the truck. That’s beyond great customer service.
Everyone in the building over there was extremely friendly. They made me feel like family. Glad I did business with this dealer and with Ned!”

I brought my 2015 Land Rover to them after a previous mechanic failed to fix the engine. Import Services had to go above and beyond to get my car running again due to the poor service provided by the previous mechanic. Waylon fixed all the things that were done incorrectly.

“We had a damaged head due to a timing belt coming apart and bending valves and cracked a valve seal. Dropped off the parts and he was VERY fast and honest from the start. He made sure I didn’t forget anything in my car that I traded in , changed out both my plates and even made sure I got into my car safely since it was very late. “We live over an hour away from the shop but had an accident down there and had the car towed to Gerber to be fixed via our USAA insurance, they were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They got the car fixed very promptly, it was only delayed by a week due to waiting on a part to arrive which is out of their control but they regularly called to keep us updated on that. Kevin and Brandy were great to work with, and were very considerate of us having to drive a ways in to pick it up by ensuring that we knew to come in on the right day so that it would be ready for us. We greatly appreciated the great customer service we received here, and the work was done well and is good as new.”

“The owner was professional and met us at the mall. He worked on the lights while we walked in the mall, and it did not take him long to notify us that he was finished. The headlights looked as good as brand new! “I just want to give a shout out to Jerome Edmond. I inquired about a vehicle I was interested in from Auto Trader. I live 2 hours away from this dealership so I wanted to be sure I had all the facts before I made the trip. Jerome went out of his way to communicate with me about the status and issues they found with the vehicle I was interested in. In the end it didn't work out, but I really appreciate the fact that he was honest and didn't bate and switch me, by making me drive out there and then finding out it was not going to work out for me.
