Today my van broke down off 268 right as I was heading home. I happened to pull into Ron’s Used Car lot because it was severely overheating. I stopped and popped the hood to let the engine cool and the next thing I know, Don and his mechanic walked up and offered to take a look at it for me. Not only did they do everything they could to find me a part asap, but they fixed it right then and there for me once the part showed up, which didn’t take long at all. They were very friendly, compassionate and helpful! I’m grateful for the team there! We were up and running within an hour and a half! I was very blessed to have crossed paths with these awesome people! I plan to do business with them in the future. Definitely recommend!

Done a deal here today and I must say it’s a great group of people. I was very comfortable during the deal and I felt like these were good people. My first time dealing here but it definitely will not be the last!!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had regarding a vehicle purchase. My salesman Don, was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Travis finalized my purchase in a completely acceptable manner and showed the same pleasant disposition as my salesman. Glenda handled the paperwork, and her demeanor was warm and cordial as well. My overall experience was more than exceptional. I will definitely purchase future vehicles from this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have the same outcome as I did.

PRICING PEOPLPE OUT OF THE MARKET. I have been trying to help a friend find a replacement for her 2005 Nissan that is on it's final legs. So I have been searching on Car Gurus for good deals for her. I finally saw a fantastic price drop on a great replacement for her that I had save and we were going to check out, however, when I click on the link ( low and behold) it has now been bought by this car dealership, with a $4000 markup. I am sure most people would just chuck it up to survival of the fittest and would applaud this type of behavior. But this really hurts people who are struggle during such a difficult time. So now whoever buys this Nissan is going to pay the 4K increase but the $400 doc fees as well anything else they will tack on to the price. This is just Ruthless!

Bought a car turns out it needs back brake pads, the oil filter housing gaskets are leaking, the heat doesn’t heat all the way up, it has electrical issues with the windows and also if you adjust the steering wheel then the turn signal switch and wiper blade switch stops working. Took it back and they were very rude.

Very friendly people to deal with and made buying a new to me truck fast easy. That being said I bought a used chevy Silverado from them signed all the paperwork including the (as is used car) (aka no warranty) not long afterwards I had a major problem with the truck so I called them because I was curious to what they would say. Their reply was to bring truck back and let there mechanic look at it or take it to a mechanic of my choice and they would cover the cost, and they did with no hassle what so ever. Truck is doing great now.

I met them through Facebook and communication was fast and excellent. I bought a camper at a very good price. The customer service is very good and the documents for the transfer of the vehicle arrived a few days later. I truly recommend them.

Very rude and disrespectful to my family!! Ron (the owner) told my family member “you don’t want that car BMW’s are pieces of (cuss word) you just want that car because of the name”. Refused to accept a deposit to hold a different vehicle for a few days that was decided on. They do not care about the customers, they only care about cash in their hand. At this lot, the vehicle’s price and mileage are not posted within the vehicle windows but their “as is” papers sure are which helps to prove my point; with Ron’s Used Cars it’s not about the customer’s experience, it’s about cash in hand and them covering their rear.
