Extremely outdated and overpriced
I had a simple design I literally asked does anyone here do designs and she tried to convince me this was ombre instead of a simple leopard print French manicure. Her attempt was horrific as an artist would you really send customers out to advertise for you like that? I just asked for a French tip. Because I was not about to leave with ugly nails. I got a simple sns manicure as I was paying she said she charges additional for almond shape and 20 for French tip. That’s ridiculous. Tell customers upfront but not to worry I will never be back

Other than having to wait sometimes because they can get busy, I have no complaints when it comes to my pedicures. They always do a great job

I don't post bad reviews but this needs to be read.I got a pedicure April 2022, first time ever at this salon. Waited almost an hour to be seen and I should have just left before waiting that long. Got a regular pedicure and manicure and the process was fine. However, polish started coming off the next day but I knew it wasn't gel so it wouldn't last as long. Fast forward to September 2022. I go to another salon for a pedicure before vacation and the nail tech asks me if I had dropped something on my big toe because the nail was raised and looked funny. I didn't think anything of it until October when both big toenails started hurting me. Went to my doctor and she referred me to a dermatologist for nails and other reasons. Dermatologist told me that I had a fungus on both big toenails. Prescribed a polish for treatment but now it's been over a year and I'm still dealing with it and I've been told that it can take years to get rid of the fungus. I've gotten pedicures for years and have never had any issues until I went to this salon. If you want a pedicure, please be careful when going there because this has been a very very expensive and aggravating journey and I wouldn't want anyone to go through this. Thankfully I have insurance but if you don't have insurance, be very aware that if something happens, you will be spending a lot of money for doctors and prescriptions. Now I'm having to take an oral medicine to fight it.Be aware and look at reviews.

Below is their response: I am sorry for the inconvenient that we might have cause and the experience you've been through. We'll do our best to correct them. At our salon, the whirlpool spa is clean and safe because we use disposable liner for every pedicure. This helps prevent client feet when soaked from get infected with any bacteria. A one time ever pedicure at any salon is unlikely to get to fungus. There are a lot of factors cause fungus toe nails: Again our sincerely apology. This is the exact review I posted on Google and everything is word for word. Please don't go to this place and the response they gave to my review is not acceptable. The BBB needs to get involved and also the North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Examiners needs to be aware of this.

The lady did not know how to properly shape my nails the way I wanted them. Someone more experienced should have taken over and tried to fix them. Nothing was done and I wasn't happy with my service.
