Took my girl Sasha here for first and allergy. The doctor seen her for about a year and nothing was helping her. She then assigned my dog to a very expensive medication $100 a month just for a 30-day supply. I thought it was time to go ahead and let my dog go, went to the animal shelter after scheduling an appointment for her to be euthanized. Turned out Dr Walton and her assistant's falsified information on her medical chart

Wow. I have never spoken to a more ruder person than this clinic, Whoever the lady is that answers the phone needs some training in public relations or something. Not once or twice but three times she had been like this. Called yesterday and she gave me attitude then thought she put me on hold and was talking to someone else like they were her best friend. My guess is she's been there so long she feels she owns the place and can treat people however she wants-even though the people that call are being nice. Or maybe she just has a horrible personality-idk but don't take it out on your customers. So done, I have 4 animals I'll be taking somewhere else.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff ,they treat you and your pet like family!!! My dog was acting up his first time and they gave him a brand new toy!!!

The ONLY reason I’m giving two stars is because Dr. Walton, herself is great and the prices are decent. But the older receptionist is completely out of line. I can only imagine she has a personal relation to the doctor because there is no reason she should still have a job there. She’s always been rude but today was my final straw with her. She refused to let us inside because I had my child (one person per pet) who I do not have childcare for while my dog has an open wound. But it’s more about the way she went about it. Completely rude from the jump, literally just cracked the door to even speak, rolling her eyes and the WORST attitude. She has absolutely unacceptable behavior and it’s gross. And by judging other reviews, it’s clearly a constant issue.

I called for an appt for my sister's dog and the receptionist was RUDE! She was hateful. If she was this way to me on the phone, how does she treat the pets she is in contact with? 0/10

The one doctor is great and Jennifer at the desk is lovely. There is another Dr here who is very rude. Constantly catch her shaking her head in disgust at people/ things.Prices are more reasonable so I guess people overlook it.

Dr Walton and the staff are so caring and compassionate. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and I live in Whitsett!!

This group of care keepers for our pets that are our family are truly amazing!! They are always there to answer questions about our pets. Never in a hurry to get us in or out they take there time with you and explain things in common words!!love Dr Walton and Jennifer. They are very passionate of what they do.

This is the rudest I've ever been treated and I just walked in the door! I canceled my appointment. Not a smile and plenty of eye-rolls just for saying I was here for my appointment.

This is a great place to take your pets. We take our cat and dog here and the quality of care is wonderful. Not overly expensive either.
