They are trying to modernize the store somewhat. To be honest, just leave it like it is . It is a real tripinto a i back in time . You feel like you are walking into a 80s or even a 70s eras store . Some things don't need to be fixed . I hope the name Piggly Wiggly doesn't get sold or bought out by some big company in a downsizing move . And disappears into a memory. I told a young man this morning this . I said " Listen enjoy whatever you can now because it's not going to last , Man will take it away eventually. " Mikey Out. Oooooh Yeah !!!

First grocery store I've had the pleasure of being greeted at with a warm friendly smile.
Excellent meat counter, great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Very well stocked store as well as cleanliness.
Wish we had stores with fantastic service and great folks in our city here in Richmond, VA. But it's impossible to get the small town feel in a large city.
It was totally amazing like going to a different planet.

Very nice environment. Clean store & organized.
Everyone is So friendly, and helpful. The delii, excellent display of foods. They have a Hot counter that serves hot plates of nice Varitity of foods. BBQ Ribs, Chicken, cassaroles, sweet potatoe, veg. . I recommend stop in ,
