Christina and Pam are doing the very best they can with the resources given. We've lived here for going on 6 years now, and while the apartments are cramped for sure, I am content.

I lived there and for 4 years we had been through so many office and maintenance people. Ever since Christina and Pam has came along cateland place has done a 360! They get their jobs done FOR SURE and are always looking for different ways to make our place a home!. I hope that they will stay there bc a lot of things will continue to get done and improve!! They are an awesome team together! Sweet people ❤️ PLEASE DONT LEAVE CATELAND PLACE THEY WONT FIND ANOTHER TRUST ME lol ❤️❤️❤️

I have lived here for over a year and a half. They have changed management and maintenance about every 3 months. My pipes busted one time and couldn’t get maintenance to answer after me and all my neighbors called all night, while apartment got flooded and also the one under me. Lots of gun violence lately. Not safe for young children to play at all

I have been living here for a year and a half. They have changed management and maintenance multiple times. This time the got it right. Maintenance is starting to fix things. New manager is getting things in order. The place is a lot better than it was a few months ago
