The woman that works there helped me put my steering wheel cover on when I tried so hard and could not. She was extremely nice and we laughed about it together the whole time. I truly appreciate her helping without a second thought. Very nice people and will help no matter how silly it is.

My experience at autozone was beyond incredible. Anna helped me from start to finish and was immaculate in every sense of the word. Even when I came to exchange my old battery she kept a smile on her face a pleasant yet determined bravado and wish me a Good Night on the way out the door. There is nowhere else I would recommend than autozone in solar city for most if not all of your auto care needs because people like Anna have 0 problem in fact it seems like they enjoy Helping people with their car problems an even a auto novice like me we'll be in and out in no time and have your car open running with the staff here

I came in about my back up lights because some people told me they couldn't see them. I had a new car I didn't know about yet. Johnathon helped me with all the car lights and took the time to help me understand how they work. He's very knowledgeable about vehicles. His personality and knowledge make him a great employee for this type of work.

Stopped in to purchase a battery for my Honda Accord. The Store Manager helped me to select the right battery for my car and offered to have it replaced at the store, which was wonderful because I was away from home and had no tools. The manager and another employee, went out, had the old battery out and the new one in quickly! Maybe 5 minutes. They were both pleasant to talk to and seemed happy to change my battery for me. I told the manager that this kind of service is why I drove past O’Reillys to get to Auto Zone. Thanks so much!

Jason helped me and explained everything to me once he nicely checked my battery and then johnthan had came in and helped me by explaining more abt the battery and starter it’s good workers explain instead of just testing something with no evidence behind the test they helped me a lot n took they time
