Woman handling phone was exceptional and incredibly helpful. I was panicked and stranded roadside. The tow truck driver was kind and took me to a location that had a tire that fit my vehicle. It's great to encounter such wonderful people when you're feeling like options are limited. Thank you!

My mom locked herself out of the car. I called American and Jake came to the rescue. He arrived in less than 15 mins and was able to resolve the issue in no time at all.
