“This team really cares and is often more available to help than my vets in Mooresville. I’ve maybe had a few times where I’ve felt ignored and charged way too much to treat my pup (she’s an especially rare type of “common allergy issues” type dog), but the majority of visits have been with kind hearted doctors and staff. Today I brought my super senior angel kitty in on short notice and they not only attended to, but loved on her (I swear, she weirdly seems to like vet visits and is a very chill indoor- only cat when at vet offices) and made us feel at home while they discussed realistic and humane options for treatment.
We don’t have a lot of options as my girl is now 18 and in stage 2 kidney failure, but we will keep her comfortable (as much as possible). When her quality of life goes down, I’ll make the humane call. But for that time between now and then, these folks get it ❤️. Great place to bring your loved ones.”

They’re fear-free certified and the staff are so patient and kind towards her. We even do “happy visits” between visits and they’re definitely helping her. “Absolutely wonderful veterinarians office. The staff and doctor are prompt, courteous and do any and everything they can to help. I will not take my dogs anywhere else. This office has gone above and beyond for my elderly dog who wasn't in great shape and all thanks to them, she's still here and kicking it with us. I can't say enough great things about this place.”

“Took our dog Chip for an overnight stay. People were friendly. Facility was clean. The only thing I wish they'd had was a "report card" saying how Chip did. When we asked at pickup, nobody there knew. So we don't know if Chip had fun or not.”

“I 100% recommend this place! We saw Dr. sweet this past Monday September 23rd for my 14.5 year old chihuahua as she started having sudden pain while sleeping. We did X-rays, bloodwork, exam and updated her bordetella. They prescribed meloxicam for her for 10 days. The following day she didn’t seem to be making any progress so I called and they were able to see me same day to recheck. They then gave us gabapentin for nighttime or twice a day if needed. Cookie is already doing better and I love that Dr. Sweet took my word for what is was and trusted me in knowing my dog. She gave great advice as well as possibilities as to why this was happening. Such great bedside manner and the tech and receptionists were just as good! Cookie only had one spark of pain last night and only 3 today, September 5th, whereas she was having 5-6 just overnight. I can’t thank the team more than enough for being amazing and overall fantastic. We will be back❤️ picture of Cookie resting peacefully tonight”
