Just have to say, my experience was phenomenal at this store! I had the pleasure of being assistant from this good looking black gentleman that smelled like a dream come true! I had a few Amazon returns and I wish that i had more! lol. He was very patient and professional and took his time. To the manager you should be proud to have such a classy associate such as him’ didn’t get his name but he’s unforgettable!!

This location is fantastic. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Every associate is more than helpful. Brad and Kevin are always phenomenal and super friendly and do an amazing job. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend coming to this location. Thanks Kevin and Brad for always being so awesome!

I was ready to love this store, we have used UPS a lot and plan to continue to do so. We are seniors and my husband was planning on voting mail in absentee. We made an appointment for today for a notary and even stated it was for absentee ballot help in our appointment request from last we week. We got a confirmation that the appointment was good to go. We got got there, had to wait for the appointment, which we were on time for only to be told that they don’t do absentee voting because the state says it has to be free. So they choose to be unpatriotic and refuse to help senior citizens with voting. Now they could have saved us time if they contacted ahead of time they don’t do this, or blasted it on the website, but the fact that it’s not publicly announced by the company makes me question the motives. Because if it was truly money, they just lost all our business!

This UPS store is GREAT!! I have a lot of shipments for work & they are always so helpful!! Very quick service as well - lucky to have a great UPS store so close to home!

The women at the register was very condescending today when I dropped my package off. Stated she needed to “educate me “ on how to wrap my Amazon return no my dear you don’t but thank you for thinking you did.

Love this UPS store. It’s always quick even when there is a line. Drop offs are easy and quick.
I mail a lot and just the fact that they keep the address of places that I have previously sent to saves me time because I don’t have to have a label.
