I am also impressed that they are willing to answer questions, it means that my problem does not require them to work on the phone. I have no complaints and rate them at five stars.”

“This post is long overdue. Natalie and Wagner were amazing. My wife and I moved into our new home in September right at the beginning of the football season. Natalie was able to accommodate our busy schedule and meet with me to set up services. Upon arrival our technician Wager was just as nice and helpful as Natalie. Wagner and I talked sports and baseball while he was setting up our service. He spent the time to explain everything and help us get our service set up without having to have wires run all over the house. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them more in the future.”

“I have had a great experience with their optical department Thanks to Lynn, Went to see if they could help me with a broken frame, Lynn tried but it could not be fixed then she searched ebay for me and found a replacement frame. “I'm here from out of state visiting family and, of course, had to check out Wal,art in Moorseville. I purchased some items on Monday and later realized one article was the wrong size. I returned yesterday and am elderly and obviously physically challenge. The greeter didn't even attempt or offer to get me a scooter. A lady named Wendy, who wan bear y and observed, offered to assist me and retrieved a scooter chair. Additionall, Kathy atService Deskwas very kind and patient. “Great place to work with, called a different repair store in Mooresville was told yes they could replace the sim reader/charge port on a Galaxy S21. Went to that store just to be told that it was made on the motherboard and they couldn't replace just that part, even though I could find the part myself online just wasn't going to attempt to crack the phone open to replace myself. Anyways called CPR in Mooresville and talked to Vinny, he informed me that it could be replaced he just had to open the phone up to see which version it required. So I dropped the phone off with him that evening and he called around lunch the next day letting me know he had the part replaced and everything was working fine on it. Repair was definitely reasonably priced and very quick. Very happy dealing with CPR and will do so again. Thanks.”
