I recently purchased a 2024, 23 ft Bennington from Lake Norman Marina, and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. From start to finish, the buying experience was smooth and enjoyable, thanks largely to the fantastic customer service I received from both Peter Ehart in the sales department to Jason Snelgrove in the finance Dept. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process straightforward.
One of the standout features for me was the purchase process which was done entirely out of state via phone! Once I received the boat (delivered directly to my dock) the boat's functions were explained and all questions were answered. The boat's color scheme was not just visually appealing but also reflects a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The aesthetics of this boat truly enhance the overall experience.
In terms of value, Bennington has exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic choice that delivers both style and performance at a great price and not to mention the manufactures' 10 year warranty. It offers a perfect blend of quality and affordability, making it a great investment. The boat performs exceptionally well on the water, and I’ve been impressed with its overall functionality and comfort.
Given my positive experience, I would highly recommend anyone in the market looking to make a boat purchase (new or used) not waste time shopping around and go directly to Lake Norman Marina (you'll be glad you did).

From the moment we walked in the door at Lake Norman Marina, our experience buying a boat was top-notch. Our sales associate, Peter, was friendly, experienced, and very professional. There was never any pressure, and it truly felt like he wanted us to be happy with the whole experience. We felt like we got a fair price, and when we were handed over to Jason to talk about the financial part, he, too, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He made everything so easy, and was almost immediate in his response to our MANY questions. Then came Burton, the man who delivered our boat and provided a great orientation. As first-time boat owners, he was so kind and patient with us.
We can't say enough about LNM. The prices are fair, and the service is gold star! I don't know if we'll every buy another boat, but if we do, I know it will be from Lake Norman Marina.

Palmer was great to work with and answered every question we had. Jason and Palmer were both very easy to work with and made trading in our old boat and buying a new one a smooth and easy process. We live out of state and were ‘just looking’ and came away with a new boat!

We just bought a Bennington 23LSB a few weeks ago from Peter at LKN Marina, and we'll never buy a boat from anywhere else. They know their boats top to bottom and their customer service is unmatched in the Lake Norman area, and they have a huge inventory to choose from. Plus, they are located right on the water so you can drive your boat directly to them for service, or they will come pick it up for you and deliver it back to your dock when they're done. Buying a boat is a big decision, all the way from pricing, to financing, to service, and they make it all easy and hassle free. Do not buy a boat anywhere without at least seeing what they have to offer.

We had a wonderful experience working with Chris Tyrolt in sales and John Morris in service upon purchasing our 2023 Bennington pontoon. This pontoon was a part of their boat club fleet. From the test drive through the purchase Chris made us feel completely comfortable doing business with Lake Norman Marina. He explained and followed through in such a timely manner with all of the processes they have in place to insure you are getting a quality product. They fully inspect, repair (anything needed) and detail the boat prior to delivery. The team went above and beyond even replacing a damaged Bimini cover without it ever being mentioned. The communication and attention to detail will have us happy to do business with Lake Norman Marina in the future as well as recommend them to all our friends. If you go there ask for Chris!

The customer service Lake Norman Marina provide was above and beyond outstanding! The back story...
Last week, on July 3rd I called at 8:30 AM, asking for help with my 1-year old Malibu LSV23 boat that suddenly would not start. I truly believed with the big 4th weekend less that 24 hours away there would be little anyone could do. To my surprise, LKN Marina scheduled a dockside visit to diagnose the issue early that same afternoon. It was determined that a repair could not happen that day. That did not stop the team from exceeding my expectations again. Two hours later, they arrived dockside with a loaner Malibu LSV 25 boat and towed my boat to the shop for warranty repairs. Providing the loaner boat saved a holiday weekend for my wife and I plus the additional out of town guests (19 adult and 8 kids) that we were hosting over the long 4th of July weekend. By the afternoon of Friday July 5th, they had repaired my boat and swapped it with the loaner.
The customer service that was provided was as good as I have ever received. I can’t thank the team (Randall, Logan, Cody and I'm sure others) enough!

Never have I ever had such an amazing purchasing experience! Palmer Furr Was the best salesman ever! Jason, the finance manager made the process quick and painless and Hank the Marina manager, welcomed us to the family with open arms!
If you’re looking to purchase a boat, I highly recommend you stop by Lake Norman Marina! This is a family owned business that definitely keeps family values in mind while doing business!
