Didn't do me or my grandmother haircuts like we asked. We had pictures and said something multiple times to both ladies who did our hair. Don't go to sherrils ford great clips.

Wow is all I can say! I asked for a burst fade and the stylist completely ruined my hair. I ended up with a high and tight and the fade is subpar and crooked, I asked for the top to be trimmed half an inch and it was cut so short. I was so upset I paid and left. I will never go back to great clips here in Sherrills ford. Before and after not even close to what I asked for.

I checked in online and the wait time listed was still off. I got done with my haircut went home and had to trim around my ears not the first time either. Multiple experiences here from Me to my sons.

Everyone is so nice and the facility is always clean. Abigail is great and gives me the perfect haircut. I like how she asks if there’s anything else she can do before I leave. She’s so nice!

I have received a hair cut from Great Clips many times but this one time was a nightmare. I have long blonde hair and Sharon cut my hair before and did a great job but this time not sure why but Sharon went scissors happy. Sharon cut off about 6-7 inches of my hair and I asked for a trim. I only wanted about 2inches off. I also told her to do a dry cut but she sprayed my hair with water which started the hair cut off wrong. Then I asked her to dry my hair before cutting more and she did but now my hair was not straightened as I straighten my hair. after Sharon was done my hair was all cut off. I freaked out and paid Sharon $20 plus a $10 tip. I went home and my husband noticed that the hair was uneven. OMG! had gone back and Sharon cut it again but this time she cut off all my highlights that I just had done and this time it was way off. it was horrible. OMG! now I got charged another $20 and it told Sharon I wasn't giving her a tip. she walked away and didn't say good bye. how rude. i then contacted the manager Shae. I talked to Shae privately so the customers didn't hear me. Shae was rude and put the blame on me but gave me the $20 back. now I have to go back to another place and get my hair cut fixed and again more highlights done.

Hair stylist reeked of smoke from her smoke break. This is hard for people who are allergic to smoke.

Sharon at this place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Zero customer service skills, zero personality, rude, only cares about smoke breaks! They need to fire her... AGAIN!! Don't know why they brought her back!!
