I paid $1,794.43 to have my car repaired after a tire flew underneath it. I would expect the car to look better considering the cost and time allotted to fix it. I did not dictate the price and I didn't opt for a cheaper fix. This was their solution within the boundaries they set. The hood has a large gap everyone notices and the fenders are already popping out. I barely drove the car since it was returned. I would be more sympathetic if I hit a pot hole or did something to exacerbate the problem. There were a few more little scuffs they covered up and the wheels are out of line but that is not my main complaint. They are very nice people. If I was interested in small talk I'd give them five stars. To be fair it is almost impossible to find a good mechanic. I waited to post a review so I could have an accurate idea of how the repair would hold up. I am not a mechanic so you can judge for yourself.

No communication and has had my truck since 2017. I’ve tried numerous times to email, text and call to no avail. It’s sad. I told him I wasn’t even mad, keep the money I’ve given him, I just want my truck back. Eric, still won’t call..ever. ??♂️Services: Painting

He was paid over 16k by the insurance company. I got my vehicle back in pieces and unpainted after 2 1/2 years. I put up with excuses for a year before I got an attorney. Took over another year and I won a settlement of 121k which I will probably never see. He still refused to give me my vehicle back. I had to have the sheriff department help me get it back. When I went to get my vehicle back he stated that he has been through this several times before and he knew how to hide thing so that I would never get any of the settlement. I've paid on this vehicle for 2 1/2 years while it sat in his shop. Now I had to come out of my pocket to fix the vehicle. Worst decision I ever made was going to his shop.Services: Body & Trim

He gave me an estimated time of 2-3 weeks. This guy took almost 2 months to paint my car, and the only reason it was 2 months was because I asked for it back. The paint job that he did on my car was horrible. I have spots where the paint is tearing off, I have a big spot on the side that doesn’t look done & he didn’t even paint the inside of my car like he said he would. Plus it doesn’t look like he knows how to put a bumper back on. Would definitely never go back to this guy & would definitely not recommend him. Horrible Place.Service: Painting

Eric is the best person to come by. He truly cares about his people and he goes above and beyond for you. He has a great soul. He helped me in so many ways you couldn't imagine. I'm so glad to have met him. He will take care of you that's for sure.

I would never ever go to this place. This guy took 16000 dollars from my buddy and never did the work. My buddy had to sue him to get his vehicle back. All this after my buddy gave him 2 YEARS to do the work. This guy is a crook. He told the sherif who served the papers that he had been through this numerous times and it was not a problem. My buddy won the suet but still has gotten nothing from this guy.
