Women beware!! I have stopped at this gas station twice this summer traveling through Shelby and there is no lock to the one single person women’s bathroom. They have a sign up with instructions on how to manually pull the door tight to lock but it doesn’t work. This told me they do know about the lock issue and are expecting customers to fix their lock issue instead of them actually fixing the problem. A stranger has walked in on me once and again for my daughter on a trip 2 months later in the restrooms. When it happened to my daughter this was when I reported the issue to the younger female cashier who rudely said, “well did you slam the door”, which had nothing to do with the lock. They do not put their customers first obviously and do not care about women being exposed. I gave them 2 stars because getting gas was fine, they just need to deal with caring about women, the lock issue, and customer service, and maybe firing this young female cashier.
