Returns are quick and workers are always so nice. Today a sweet girl helped me carry a rug from my car without a second thought. I had my toddler with me and couldn’t carry her and the rug. She really couldn’t have been nicer. Much appreciation to the workers here :-)

I dropped a package off at this store, and it was never seen again! Unfortunately, there is no help offered here and no humans at UPS. Go to Lincolnton; they are a lot more professional. Or better yet, FedEx.

As always, this UPS store is THE BEST!!! Polite, efficient and respectful employees! They work so hard and always have a smile on their faces. I hope they are recognized and rewarded for their outstanding customer service and stellar representation of UPS!!! I appreciate them!

EDIT, I originally gave this store 5 stars and I am now going to lower it to 1 star. My daughter and I arrived at the store at 0758 in the morning. We saw 2 workers in the store and patiently waited until the store opened. The store employees didnt open the store until 0803. I asked if I could email my Amazon return label to the location. I was told yes and given the address. I was told they would have to sale me a shipping bag for $1. I agreed and when I checked out my total was close to $4. I asked why and I was told they charge 1.99 for receiving an email. I asked where the charge was located in the store and was notified that it is not labeled anywhere in the store. A 2nd worker approached and told me I was told about the fee.So they opened the store late, left customers outside in the cold, charged me a "service " fee to receive an email and then made up a story to cover up a shady practice.

Stopped in for a quick return. I’ve done many returns and know it’s free returns depending on the situations. Had email proof that my return was supposed to be free as well. The young lady at the front with braids is the rudest person I’ve encountered there. She rolled her eyes, had an attitude when I told her “it’s supposed to be a free return stated Nike” she then proceeded to tell me “but it’s not” & didn’t try to provide any help and just stood there with a blank stare. I tried showing her the email that it was supposed to be a simple, quick, easy, & free return and instead she rolled her eyes and yelled “OH MY GOD”… poor customer service/ poor work ethic. Her coworker (the lady with red hair) then came to help me and we were able to do my free return in less than 30 seconds without any problems.
