At first I was ok with the place. We rented 3 different units and our inside climate control unit had a leak . They did come place a tub under the leak but my boxes that were against the wall had already suffered water damage . Our unit was packed full so it wasn't like we could move items from underneath the leak I didn't realize some of our boxes were ruined until after we moved out and was unpacking. And if you have a used credit they won't give it back to you . Ypu only can get the credit if u have other units

Nice people..Awesome prices!!! Disappointed that I wasn't notified by call before the auction. Lost all my pictures. Everything is replaceable but memories aren't!!

Very old units the unit I won was in a very tight place like all the units on this side right on the driveway almost not enough to load and traffic coming in and out no access after store hours if you have a job forget it if the office is closed you are out of luck and they are very nice till the deal is over and they get paid. I am just wondering the ground keeper look like they don't pay very well so I asked him if he wanted 10 boxes of books he said sure when I was leaving I didn't see him anywhere so I called the office to tell them that I was leaving 10 box's for the man but some old guy answered the phone let's say hard to talk to so I just told him that I was going to forfeit a $50 deposit I gave them $60 so I told him to give that extra $10 to the guy who cleans the ground for a little tip for Christmas I bet he never got it and they keep it.

Can't access our storage room at night. Wasn't pleased at all. We're moving our daughter out of her ex's house and now have to leave a fabric couch out on the trailer overnight. Not a happy camper.
