I called to get some emergency help with my 78 year old grandmother, a pipe burst under her trailer and she has no running water. She’s deaf so she can’t call herself and she broke her ribs Friday night after a fall. Mike told me Mooresboro is too far from Shelby and there’s a lot of other plumbers around. He also said he doesn’t want to remove the underpinning from the trailer. Mooresboro is 20 minutes from Shelby, the underpinning is already off. Now my 78 year old grandmother is without water and is looking for another plumber. I recommend never ever using this company and please spread the word.
Edit: Mark or Mike, not sure his actual name, just called to confront me about this review and tell me his story is changed. He doesn’t have enough time or people to travel to Mooresboro any time soon. It is clear they don’t need the business. I still recommend looking elsewhere.

Mark Turner charged me $2,000 to install a water heater in utility room; far in excess of going rate. A professional would have given an estimate depicting parts/labor. I, however, was given a piece of notebook paper showing $2,200 to install a hot water heater. With pushback, he "dropped" it to $2,000.
Hindsight, he took advantage of situation, price gouging this consumer who had water leaking and needed the work. Sad.

Shout ot to Turner Plumbing! I had called several others to install a new dish washer and they were either not interested or didn't call me back. I called Mr. Turner and he only answered my call, but came out in two days!! On time, professional, knew exactly what he was doing. My new go to plumber, he is independent and this is a family owned business, he cares and takes pride in his work. Reasonably-priced. Thank you so so much!

Shout out to Turner Plumbing!!! I called several plumbers to install a newly purchased dishwasher. Either they were not really interested or never called me back. Mr. Turner not only answered my call but came two days later!! He knew exactly what he was doing, efficient, excellent work and service! My new go to plumber. It is his own business, he takes great pride and it shows!
