The rep that I talked to on the T-Mobile number assured me that she would remove the repair warranty off my account because we didn't ask for it and we don't need it she said it would be off and the bill will go down to what the rep at the office on Dixon Rd said it would be around $120. I'm going to call back to the billing department and ask for my bill to be credited my money back to me and going forward my account corrected with no repair warranty on it coming out of my auto pay.

Bad customer service. Just disconnected my home internet without calling me. The 2nd time it happened because my wallet that has my card i used to pay automatically got lost and i deactivated my cards. Forgitvivi use it to pay my bill. They sent my bill yo the collector.

Check your receipt on the way out added a line to my account without asking didn’t notice til I got home they would not return it said would void my promotion. The line they added was not part of promotion.

After trying to activate a new phone through Spectrum for a week and a half getting ran around in circles with no end in sight. I decided to go to T-Mobile. Ray at the Shelby store did in 30 minutes what spectrum couldn’t do in a week and a half. I got a new phone at half price he transferred everything from my old phone to my new one and even gave us a promotion for being a new customer. Ray and Luis at the Shelby store are awesome. If you need a new service I highly recommend.

Thank you guys so Much i was finally able to do everything I needed to do. Although I left the store without everything being fixed (my fault) when I called customer service, they were able to call the store and Khadijah was able to save the day. Always remember Khadijah dont need ya, but I damn sure did need her (inside joke) thanks to the whole team! Speacial shout out to the *Beard Gang*

I bought the nord n200 because I was told the n20 was on back order and that was a lie. I should have looked online instead of going to store in Shelby NC. This phone keeps locking up, did two factory resets and same thing. Customer service said for exchange fee they would send me SAME phone. I don't ever want this phone again. Sucks and store lies

I simply came in for a new screen which is covered under insurance on my plan . First she said I couldn't get it which I have gotten them several times. Then she Said it had to be a certain price so I added a pop socket not because I needed it but because she said I had to. Then she said I'm an authorized user which I've had the same plan for 4 years and literally gets new screen protectors literally everytime I have a Crack..... I'm defenitly not coming back to this t mobile im just driving further to one that will actually do what I need ... customer service is a zero for me

Young lady was helpful and nice. Employees were dressed extremely casual, all t-shirts and various color jeans. One male's shirt was very short, especially in the back. Whenever he slightly leaned forward, his pants were low, and showed quite a bit of "plumbers crack", which I believe offends most customers, especially me. No apparent professional concern for appearance, that indicated poor business policies, which deleted my interest in doing business with this company.

Dillon helped me so much! I tried pulling up and loading my g-mail account for a month and 15 different people tried and didn't get it. I came in to Tmoble store where Dillon works and he loaded my g-mail account in one day! I am so pleased that you have him working for!

Thanks so much here at T-mobile in Shelby I called almost every store in Charlotte trying to find the IPhone se for my kids for Christmas no one had them even tried to order online they was out of stock as they “say” I was so frustrated. I came out sat in my car start searching any T-mobile close by so boom Shelby to mind since I live in Gastonia I called and ask do they have the SE and look at god she said yes she do but only had one but can order the other one.. I said please can I come tomorrow I have to pick my kids up she said yes sure we can schedule an appointment yep I’ll be their at 11am but look at me I was their by 10:30. So thanks to the staff here at Shelby Nc t-mobile u guys are awesome. Merry Christmas

The people at this store are so friendly and nice. Especially Justin who was my salesman. He talked me through my phone purchase and answered any question that I had. He even helped me with my set up the NEXT day. Lol. I think my decision to switch from Boost will be a good one. Thank you all so much
