Best gas station in shelby! Pizza is really amazing and so delicious. Recommend coming and visiting them. The owners are so sweet and knowledgeable too!

Very rude staff and no bathroom for customers. Not to mention you must debit the amount and whatever left won’t go back to you- nah, you must purchase in store- more. Nah, taking my business elsewhere

Selling gas for $0.20 less than Ingles, but it's cash only. There are two old non-credit card pumps. But if you have cash, and want to save a couple of bucks, it might be worth going.

I love this store I go there everyday before work nice people and always respectful and if they don’t have what you want they will order it I’m a very loyal customer and always will be oh yeah and there pizza is awesome

I was in a hurry to get where I was going and accidentally locked my keys inside my car while parked at the gas pump after coming out from paying for my gas I realized what I had done and immediately called A1 Shelby locksmith they told me they would be there within 10 to 15 minutes so I pumped my gas and went back in to let the store know what I had done after apologizing to the stores male employee that was running the register when the owner's wife having heard the conversation spoke up from behind the counter and said to me that I was making her lose business and if I didn't have it out of the way in 15 minutes she would call a tow truck. I can't believe that she said that to me after I had apologized it is not as if I had intentionally done it .Also she did not lose any business while I was standing there waiting on them to arrive to unlock my car everyone was extremely nice and pulling in line to get to the other side as they only have pump one and pump two but I informed the lady that I did not intentionally locked my keys in my car and I couldn't push it out of the way but I had already called the locksmith and he was on his way yet she still spoke to me with such disrespect after my car was unlocked I came back inside to use the ATM and did not see the owner's wife but I did tell the male employee that was running the register whom I originally started explaining what happened to please inform the owner's wife that I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me I have been a customer there for many years and have spent a lot of money in the store but with the way I was treated I will not be back . Worst experience in a store ever

-10 Stars Straight up played me.I pre-paid $60 for gas with my bank debit card.My car held $40.After purchase, I asked if my change would be deposited back to my bank account or if they give cash back.Was told by the cashier they did not have the ability to put the money back in my card.I asked for cash back and was told no they can't do that either, all they could offer was store credit.This is a Gas station the only thing I want is Gas and my change back...I asked if I could save the credit for future gas purchase and was told they couldn't do that either.I Will Never go back.While picking out my "Store Credit" I also observed the cashier telling a customer who was inquiring about the price of one of their items that it would be "X" amount, then when he was checking out, the price he quoted was for the item was raised.There were 4 customers while I was there counting myself, 3 of them left stating they felt like they were robbed...I hope someone sues this establishment and shuts it down.Do Not Reccomend Steer Clear of this Place, I know I will.

Sam & Umi are wonderful people! They have great prices and will work with you on any problems. They have great customer service & this is the only place I shop for gas, cigarettes etc.! Stop by and get to know them, you won’t regret it!
